Out of Hours Out of hours cover is provided by NHS England between 6.30pm and 8.00am and from 6.30pm Friday until 8.00am Monday. Patients will be offered appropriate advice or a consultation at Savernake hospital, if medically necessary a doctor will make a home visit. Telephone 111
Telephone Advice The doctors and nurses are available for telephone advice. Please ring in the morning before 10.30am if possible, and the doctor or nurse will return your call
Cancelling your Appointment If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone to cancel your appointment. By giving us as much notice as you can you are helping us to make sure that someone else is given your slot.
Carol is our phlebotomist. She holds clinics most Tuesdays and Friday mornings. These appointments can be booked online.
Our team of Administrators who work in the office and Reception provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses.

Fiona is our Community midwife. She can be contacted through the Surgery, and holds clinics here every 2 weeks. She will also see patients at Savernake Hospital.

First Contact Physiotherapy Service
A First Contact Practitioner (FCP) is a Physiotherapist who is professionally qualified to treat patients without a referral from a GP or other Health Care Professional. FCPs provide the first point of contact for all musculoskeletal (muscles, bones and joint) problems. A FCP can assess and diagnose regarding your musculoskeletal problem, give expert advice on how best to manage your condition, can refer for further treatment, arrange investigations or refer onwards to a specialist service if necessary.
